7K a year Customer Service Representative American Maplan Corporation dba battenfeld Cincinnati USA, a leading manufacturer of extrusion machinery located in McPherson KS, is looking for a reliable and self-driven Customer Service Representative to join our sales team.
This is a rare opportunity to break into the industry and gain valuable knowledge and experience in OEM sales.
This is an important role, coordinating sales order fulfilment across all of our product lines.
Responsibilities:
Answer and respond promptly to customer calls and inquiries.
Formalize and follow up on sales quotes and sales orders.
Provides backup support for aftermarket sales team when required.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
OEM machinery industry experience in a sales support role highly advantageous.
SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience required.
Specifically experience in the SAP Sales and Distribution module.
Highschool diploma/GED required, additional education preferred.
Knowledge of MS office applications.
