This position is responsible for effective administration, direction and coordination of department personnel, equipment and material as defined by key measures. This position facilitates the implementation of Lean Systems consistent with best practices and TPS objectives. Expertise in Microsoft Office, an understanding of the ISO-9000 quality program and Lean Manufacturing, willingness to work side by side with production employees, 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and four year degree is preferred.
